💳 Physical card
When Mbrella Charge is activated for an employee, a physical charge pass is automatically ordered. The pass is typically delivered between 7 and 10 days of ordering.
💡 The delivery of your Mbrella Charge pas depends on what your organisation has set up:
Home address - Your pass will be sent directly to your home address.
Office address - Your pass will be delivered to your company's office address.
📱Virtual card
A virtual charging pass is automatically created and available in the Mbrella Charge app.
