I haven't received my Mbrella Charge card

No worries! In this article we explain what to do when your Mbrella Charge card hasn't been delivered yet!

First of all, a small reminder:

  • Physical card

    • When Mbrella Charge is activated for an employee, a physical charge pass is automatically ordered. The pass is typically sent to the driver's home address within 7 days of ordering.

  • Virtual card

    • A virtual charging pass is automatically created and available in the Mbrella Charge app.

If you still haven't received your physical card a week after ordering it, you can reach out to our support team via the chat or charge.support@mbrella.eu and we will track your card down! 👀
