Example: You leave home and drive to the nearest train station where you take the train to work. From the station near your office, you walk the last bit to your office building.

🚗 → 🚆 → 🚶

In this case, you need to add way-points to your commute.

How do you add a waypoint to your trip?

  1. In the Mbrella platform, click on KM allowances

  2. Go to the Calendar

  3. Click on the day for which you want to add a ride

  4. Add a title if you want, e.g. “Train” (if you don't, the tool automatically creates one)

  5. Choose between Retour and Single Trip

  6. Check your addresses

  7. Change your destination address to your first waypoint, e.g. Antwerp-Central station

  8. Choose your means of transport from the drop-down list.

  9. Click on Add a waypoint

  10. Select your next waypoint, e.g. Brussels-Central

  11. Choose your means of transport from the drop-down list.

  12. Add another waypoint if necessary and repeat steps 7 and 8.

  13. Click Save

*If you notice an error in your home or work address, please let your HR Team know

💡 Don't forget to check the "Add to Favorites box if this is a ride you take regularly. You can then easily drag the ride into the calendar from your favorites on other days

💡 Turn on the Automatic Repeat" button to automatically add this ride on a weekly, bi-weekly, monthly... base
