As an HR representative or Fleet Manager, you need to enable Mbrella Charge as a benefit in your Mbrella account through the Mobility hub. Then, you can activate Mbrella Charge for specific employees. Once activated, the system automatically creates a user account for the employee and orders a physical charge pass. The employee can then activate the pass in the Mbrella Charge app upon receipt.
