Meadow offers multiple ways to display your live inventory in-store, whether you want to use our built-in free TV menu or integrate with a third-party digital signage provider for advanced features.
Below, we’ll walk through all available options, setup steps, and important hardware requirements.
Option 1: Integrate with a Third-Party TV Menu Provider
If you want a robust, customizable, and professionally designed TV menu system, Meadow integrates with the following providers:
Many of these providers offer hardware as part of their monthly subscription or as an add-on rental. You’ll work directly with the provider to determine the best setup for your store.
Setup Steps to Integrate with a Third-Party TV Menu Provider
Contact the Provider: You can reach out directly to their sales team or contact Meadow Support, and we’ll be happy to provide an introduction.
Generate Your Meadow API Key
Log in to your Meadow Admin account.
Go to Settings > API > New API Key.
Select Menu Access Only.
Save the generated key.
Send API Key to Your Provider: Share the key with your digital signage representative so they can connect your Meadow menu to their system.
Finalize Hardware & Display Plans: All hardware purchases or rentals will be arranged directly with the third-party provider.
Option 2: Use Meadow’s Simple, yet Totally Free TV Menu
If you have smart TVs with internet access (and a built-in web browser), you can display a Meadow-hosted TV menu at no cost.
This menu is powered by a customizable URL that you load on your TV’s browser. You can adjust what it displays by adding variables to the URL, however customization and appearance options are quite limited.
Available Menu Variables
Variable | Function |
Rotate between product pages or keep the screen static
Time in seconds between each screen change
Only show certain categories
Hide certain categories
Show shortened labels
Number of product columns
Show or hide logo
Hide strain names
Hide cannabinoid details
Number of options before collapsing into a range
Gray out out-of-stock products
Show red “OUT” label
Completely hide out-of-stock products
Example Menu URL for Meadow’s Free TV Menu

Everything after the ?
in the URL is customizable by adding variables like this:
&variable_name=true &variable_name=false &autoscroll_delay=20
In this example, autoscroll_delay=20
means the screen will change every 20 seconds instead of 10.
Tip: These URLs can get long. Use a URL shortener like Bitly to make them easier to type on your TV.
