How to Embed Your Meadow Menu on Your Website
Meadow's Menu Pro is a fully-functional, customizable online ordering experience you can embed directly on your dispensary's website. Once set up, customers can browse your live inventory, sign up, and place pickup or delivery orders — all without leaving your site. First: You'll Need a Website
To embed your Meadow menu, you need a website where you can paste a short code snippet. Not all website builders support this the same way, so here's what to know upfront:

🚫 Avoid Wix and GoDaddy — these platforms have limitations that prevent the menu from loading correctly and are not supported.
If you don't have a website yet, we recommend one of the platforms above. Step-by-step instructions for each are included below.
Step 1: Choose Your Menu Type
Go to Meadow Admin → Settings → E-Commerce → Install to access the E-commerce Menu Generator. There are three types of embed codes — choose the one that fits how you want your menu to appear on your site.
Option A) Embed Tag — Full Menu
Embeds the complete Meadow Menu Pro on your website. This is the most common setup and the right choice for most dispensaries.
When generating this code, you'll configure how customers enter the menu:
Auto (default): Customers land on a "Choose Your Experience" screen where they enter a delivery address or select pickup based on your store type.
Pickup or Delivery: Skips the "Choose Your Experience" screen and opens the menu directly in that order mode.
💡 Pro tip: Use the Pickup and Delivery options to power two separate buttons on your homepage — one that launches straight to pickup, one straight to delivery — for a cleaner, faster customer experience.
Option B) Carousel Tag — Featured Collection
Embeds a single product collection as a browsable carousel widget — great for a homepage, landing page, or blog post to spotlight in-stock products. When a customer clicks a product in the carousel, it opens to your full menu to complete their order.
When generating this code, you'll choose:
Website URL: The page on your site where the full Embed Tag lives, so the carousel knows where to send customers when they click.
Collection type:
Category — a product category like Vapes or Edibles
Brand — a specific brand like STIIIZY or PlugPlay
Collection — Meadow-generated collections like Featured, On Sale, Trending, or Popular (based on real sales data from your catalog)
Option C) URL — Kiosk or Pre-Set Address Link
Generates a direct URL (not an embed code) that links to your menu with optional pre-configured settings. Use this for in-store kiosks, pop-up events, or any situation where you want the menu to open with specific options pre-loaded.
When generating this URL, you can configure:
Website URL: The page where your full Embed Tag lives.
Street Address (optional): Pre-fills a delivery address for your customers — useful when a kiosk is set up at an event or partner location and orders should route to a specific address.
Kiosk Mode: Yes/No. Locks the menu into a streamlined, self-service experience with a 30-second timeout that clears the cart and logs out the customer between uses.
Allow Delivery: Yes/No. Choose whether customers on this kiosk can place pickup orders, or pickup AND delivery orders.
Kiosk Name: Label the kiosk (e.g., "Front Desk" or "Budtender Station") so you can identify where orders originated in your reporting.
Menu Type: Auto, Delivery, or Pickup.
Step 2: Generate and Copy Your Code
Select your embed type (Embed Tag, Carousel Tag, or URL).
Configure your settings.
Copy the generated code or URL.
Step 3 (Options A and B): Paste the Code onto Your Website
Add the snippet to the page where you want the menu to appear. Each platform has its own way of handling custom code — follow the guide for yours:
For a URL (Option C), simply paste it into your browser or set it as the destination for a button or link on your site.
What Happens Next
Once your menu is live, it automatically syncs with your Meadow inventory in real time — no manual updates needed. Any changes to products, pricing, or availability are reflected instantly.
To customize the look and behavior of your menu, head to Meadow Admin > Settings > E-commerce > Display for color settings, product collections, sale price display, and more.
To hide products from your menus, use the Menu Status tab inside the Product Profile.
