A Tour of Meadow Admin

A quick orientation to Meadow Admin, including the navigation bar, key sections, and how to get help.

Check What's New

Look for the What's New button at the top of the screen. A red dot means there's a new update. Click it to see the latest features Meadow has launched, plus a full changelog for older releases.

Use the Profile Dropdown

Click your profile in the upper right corner to edit your account, sign out, or switch between store locations. If your account is linked to more than one location, you'll switch between them here.

Get familiar with the left navigation bar

Most of your work in Admin happens through the left nav. What you see depends on your role. Not every user has access to every tab.

See descriptions of each tab in the navigation bar below.

Dashboard

Gives you a snapshot of what's happening in your store today.

Products

View and edit your full product catalog.

Inventory

Manage your stock. You can also create purchase orders and run cycle counts here.

Orders

See all orders across every status. Pull up details on any transaction in Meadow history.

In Store

View open shifts for your retail locations.

Customers

Your full customer database.

Marketing

Send text campaigns, manage abandoned cart emails, and build audiences for third-party platforms.

Metrc

Your hub for package and transfer tracking.

Insights

Business analytics over time.

Reports

Generate and export detailed reports.

Settings

Configure your store: discounts, delivery, loyalty, taxes, and more.

Billing

View your Meadow invoice history.

Account

Update your personal Admin profile.

Help Center

The Help Center link is at the bottom of the left navigation bar for Meadow help resources and training.

Live support

Look for the purple chat bubble in the lower right corner of Admin. Click it to start a live chat with the Meadow team member or to access Meadow's 24/7 Automated Help Assistant.


Tips

  • What you see in the left nav depends on your permissions. If a tab is missing, ask your admin to review your role settings.

  • Bookmark the Help Center: help.getmeadow.com

  • Use the purple chat bubble any time you're stuck. You can search articles or reach a live support rep from the same window.
