This training video covers how to use Meadow's POS app to ring up sales in a retail environment. This training should take 8-10 minutes to complete.
To download the app, open the Safari browser in your iPad and go to https://meadow.app/
Download the Meadow Point of Sale app in the Apple app store
Now you can open the app and sign in. It has a Meadow logo and looks like this:
Important things to note:
All employees will need to sign in to each iPad with their Meadow admin account
Managers should sign in to all iPads immediately in order to be able to approve manager only functions
You should name the station immediately by tapping on the menu button in the top left and tapping on "Station:"
Make sure the receipt printer is connected by tapping on "Receipt Printers" and highlighting the printer. You can tap 'Test Print' to confirm that it's working
