Meadow's iPad app contains powerful tools to help improve your business, including POS and Customer Management.

This training covers how to use Meadow's POS app to ring up sales in a retail environment. This training should take 8-10 minutes to complete.

First, let's download the app:

  1. To download the app, open the App Store on your iPad and search for "Meadow Point of Sale." Click "Download."

  2. Now you can open the app. It has a Meadow logo and looks like this:

Welcome to the Meadow app! Make sure that all other apps are closed on the iPad and only the Meadow app is open.

Time to sign in using the email and password you registered with at https://admin.getmeadow.com/sign-up

When you first sign in to the app, you will need to choose a 4-digit PIN code to use in the app. This PIN will be linked to your account so choose something memorable. 

Next you will see the Select Organization screen. Click your organization's name to get started. Now you are ready to use the app!

Now you will see the Tool Select screen

From this screen you can select from any of the 5 tools. Click the links below for walkthroughs of the different tools and how to use them:

You can navigate to the tool select screen using the Menu button. The menu button is visible in all tools (except for Intake) as three horizontal lines (the “hamburger”) in the top left of the screen.

Click the Menu button and you can find “Tool Select” as well as other functions like user sign-in and hardware selection.

To get your Receipt Printer, Barcode Scanner, and Label Printer setup, click on the button below.
