Set Up Your Receipt Printer
Open the Meadow app
Go to Menu → Manage Devices → Receipt Printer.
Connect Your Printer
1. USB Connection
Connect the printer directly to your iPad using a USB cable.
Open Meadow → Manage Devices, then select the printer listed under Receipt Printer.
Tip: If it doesn’t show, unplug and reconnect the USB cable or restart the iPad.
2. Bluetooth Connection (if you have the bluetooth model)
Put your receipt printer into pairing mode (check your printer’s manual).
On your iPad, navigate to Settings → Bluetooth, and tap to pair your printer.
Back in Meadow, select your paired printer under Receipt Printer.
Tip: If it doesn’t appear, disable pairing on other devices and try again.
Test the Printer
Tap Test Print in Meadow.
A sample receipt should print, and your cash drawer (if connected) should open automatically.
Troubleshooting
Printer doesn’t appear — possibly not paired (Bluetooth) or not detected (USB): try restarting devices or re-establishing connection.
No output during Test Print — check paper roll orientation and reload it.
Cash drawer fails to open — ensure the cable between printer and drawer is securely connected and restart the printer.
