Expiration dates are recorded on the package level in Meadow.
Recording Expiration Dates
Expiration dates can be recorded in two ways:
1. During Package Reception (via Purchase Order)
Create a Purchase Order and navigate to the Receptions tab.
Select the package and enter the expiration date before finalizing the reception.
2. After Product is Received (via Package Details)
Once a product has been received, you can update the expiration date anytime.
Find the package in Package Details, then edit and save the expiration date.
Managing Expiring Products in Admin

The report will include all packages received during that period.

Generate a Current Inventory Report to view a real-time snapshot of inventory.
Navigate to the Packages tab.
