π‘ You may search by the last 4 digits of the Package ID in Metrc tab. Check each tab to confirm it's not it's not in a different status (ready, received, finished, etc.)
Otherwise manually enter the entire ID or copy and paste the ID directly from Metrc by right-clicking the tag, select "copy to clipboard," then select "tag."

Trade Samples πΌ
Β§15041.2. Trade Samples.
(b) Cannabis or cannabis products that have been designated as trade samples may be provided from one licensee to another licensee for the purpose of providing the recipient licensee with product information to aid in making purchasing decisions about new or existing cannabis or cannabis products.
According to regulations, trade samples canβt be sold, so those packages will not appear in Meadow. These packages are flagged in Metrc with a briefcase logo πΌ
Only the licensee who added the flag can remove it (the producer or distributor). So, if you would like to sell the units, you should ask the distributor if they can remove the flag before accepting trade sample packages in the future.
If a package is flagged as a trade sample, it will only exist within Metrc and you will need to manually adjust the package there directly. This is the ONLY time you should be adjusting any packages in Metrc directly. All other package adjustments should always be made in Meadow. Be sure to check out the DCC's Current Regulations for more detail on the latest trade sample rules.
