Q: What is a Weedmaps verified product?

When you integrate Meadow and Weedmaps, your Meadow products will post directly to your Weedmaps listing if they meet the necessary requirements (inventory, category, price, etc).

When you Weedmaps verify a product in Meadow, Weedmaps will display the product details provided by the brand from their catalog on your listing. Weedmaps verification is entirely optional and does not implicate your products posting to Weedmaps.

Here's an example of a Weedmaps verified product. The profile displays brand provided details, pulled from the Weedmaps catalog, and a blue checkmark.

Q: How do I Weedmaps verify products in Meadow?

Open the product profile in Meadow, navigate to the "Menu Status" tab, and fill out the required fields in the form under "Weedmaps Verification"

Flower products will use the weight denominated options (1g, 1/8th, 7g, etc).

All other products will use "item."

Q: Why are orders coming in as "Draft" status from the Weedmaps Integration?

This is an optional setting that can be updated in your API Integration Settings. Navigate to Settings > API Integrations > Weedmaps > View.

Enable "create orders as new" from the API key settings. You do not have to delete your API key to complete this step.

Q: Why isn't this product listing on my Weedmaps site?

To sync with Weedmaps, products in Meadow must meet specific criteria:

  1. Have a WM category

  2. Have inventory (or not be tracking inventory)

  3. Be 'Active'

  4. Have a price greater than $0

If the issue persists after verifying these requirements, double-check the following:

Confirm the following:

  1. Is there available product in the correct inventory location?

  2. Is the Product's Menu Status for Weedmaps enabled?

  3. Does the product profile contain Promotional Details? Weedmaps does not post these profiles to your listing.
