As an assessor, you must be at least entered into the system by your cordinator so forms can be assigned to you by WBA candidates. You don't need to register in the Med App mobile app to complete assessments, but you may still receive an invite SMS.
Your notification preference will be set to Email by default. If you register in the app, you can update this to push notification or SMS.
When you're assigned a form
You'll receive an email showing who assigned the form to you and the name of the form. To open your section, either:
Click the button in the email, or
Copy and paste the URL under the button into a web browser
Completing the assessment
Confirm your details when prompted
Work through the assessment questions
Once all required sections are complete, submit the form
Viewing your assessment history
To see a log of assessments you've completed, you'll need to register an account in the Med App mobile app.
If you don't register, your completed assessments are still recorded — the admin dashboard team can see all assessments completed by you regardless of your registration status.
