The treatment duration for your pet using the Luma device is meticulously designed to ensure optimal results. For most cases, a "loading dose" is administered daily for the first two weeks, focusing on each affected area for 1-2 minutes, summing up to roughly 10 minutes daily. As the treatment progresses and positive results are observed, the frequency and duration are gradually reduced. One of the significant benefits of continuous light therapy is its potential to reduce medication doses, thereby minimizing any associated side effects.

Dosage is always patient-specific, which is why we check in with the pet owner and tailor the protocol as the case progresses.

Speak with your Vet for your specific protocol details.
