How to get billing receipts

When a billing event occurs we will automatically send you a receipt to your email.

Follow the steps below to enable the "Billing Receipts" feature in the MedcoVet app:

1. Open the MedcoVet App:

- Locate the MedcoVet app icon on your device and tap on it to open.

2. Log In:

- If you're not already logged in, enter your username and password in the respective fields.

- Tap on the "Log In" button.

3. Access Settings:

- Once you're on the main dashboard, look for the "Settings" option. This is typically represented by a gear icon or labeled as "Settings."

- Tap on "Settings."

4. Click on 'Payment Settings:'

5. Enable Billing Receipts:

- Scroll down until you find the option labeled "Get Billing Receipts."

- You will see a toggle switch next to this option. If the toggle is grayed out or in the 'off' position, it means the feature is currently disabled.

- Tap on the toggle switch. When it turns purple or moves to the 'on' position, it means the "Billing Receipts" feature is now enabled.

That's it! You've successfully turned on the "Billing Receipts" feature in the MedcoVet app. From now on, you will receive billing receipts for your transactions within the app. If you ever wish to turn this feature off, simply follow the steps above and toggle the switch to the 'off' position.
