Scenario: If you discover that a product component was missing or damaged upon its arrival and it's due to an oversight on our part, we've got you covered.
Solution: We will promptly send you a replacement part at no additional cost.
2. Replacement Due to User's Mishandling
Scenario: Accidents happen. If the damage to the part is a result of mishandling, such as a pet damaging the charger, or if the item was accidentally dropped causing breakage, there's a different process.
Solution: In such cases, a fee of $40 will be applied. This fee covers the cost of the spare part and the shipping expenses.
