The Changelog keeps track of notable plan, entry and target activity in a feed that can viewed by all users.
The changelog can be accessed from the hub page of any organization or alternatively by clicking the contextual menu. The changelog can be viewed on a plan level or an organization level.
Plan and Organization changes that will be displayed in the changelog
Who requested plan approval, from whom, and when
Who approved or changed a plan's status and when
Who created a plan and when
Who archived a plan and when
Which Media Plan has been edited and when
Which Media Plan has been deleted and when
Which Media Vehicle has been edited
Which Media Vehicle has been deleted
Media Entry changes that will be displayed in the changelog
Original entry
Date/Time the change was made
The user who made the change
The user who made the original entry
All changes made to an entry, not just recent changes
All changes made to a column (text, date, number, calculation, tag), not just recent changes (Sheetview)
All changes made to a Media Type, not just recent changes
All changes made to a plan
All changes made to a Target
All deleted entries and state before deletion
Which Media Vehicle has been edited
Which Media Vehicle has been deleted
To open the changelog for a particular Media Entry, select the entry or selection entries you want to review, right click on the entry and from the drop down select ‘Show changelog’
When an entry in this list is clicked, the corresponding entry row in sheetview will be highlighted. To view full details of changes made use down Arrow to expand to view

Which Target was deleted
Users can open the Targets changelog by selecting a Target or opening the Contextual Menu (pink icon top right of ui) and selecting the changelog icon
From Target
To view changelog from a Target, select the Target entry, click to open popup, select change log icon to open Changelog. This will open on Entries view and display all changes made in the selected Target only
If you select the change log icon from the Contextual menu when Targets are selected at organisation level, the changelog will open in Overview, and display both Target & Sheetview updates
