How to change your subscription in jamie?
Step 1: Go to your settings in jamie
Step 2: Click on your billing settings
Step 3: Click on the billing portal
Once you click on the button "billing portal" you will be automatically transferred to the relevant portal in your web browser.
Here you can see what plan you are currently on and change your plan accordingly.
Upgrade to a paid plan
To upgrade to a paid plan during your free trial or after you have been downgraded to our free plan, you first have to:
Go to the billing portal (see steps above)
Add your payment details
Select the plan you want to upgrade to
Confirm your choice
Change your paid plan
To change your paid plan to another plan, you first have to:
Go to the billing portal (see steps above)
Select the plan you want to change to
Confirm your choice
Note: this procedure works for both upgrading and downgrading your paid plan.
Cancel your subscription
To cancel your paid plan, follow these steps:
Go to the billing portal (see steps above)
Select the cancel option
