How to restrict access for content when you offer multiple tiered options

The short answer is no, not yet! It's currently not possible to restrict certain areas of your product based on how much someone pays for access. This is on our future feature request list.

With that said, there are still a few different ways you can offer multiple tiers of access to your members (ie multiple levels of a membership).

Option 1: Create a Separate Product

  1. Set up multiple payment options for your product.

  2. Then set up an action to add members to additional products when they select your higher tier payment option (repeat this for as many payment options as you need).

  3. It's also a good idea to Add a Tag so that you can keep track of which options your member purchased and customize your messaging in your email service provider.

Option 2: Deliver additional content outside of MemberVault

Alternatively, it may not make sense to deliver your VIP content within another product in your MV (for example if you're providing 1:1 access via Telegram, Voxer, WhatsApp, or inviting VIP members to live calls or events that you choose not to record or provide a replay for).

This is also a great option if you have an available product limit on our Stress Free Lifetime plan, and 5 or 15 Product subscriptions.

In this case, you would still set up your multiple price points for your one product, and add a tag action to keep track of these members in your email service.

From there you can choose to send yourself a notification using Actions as well (so you can personally reach out or add members to a separate communication channel, or for your personal record keeping).
