If you have been using Flodesk alongside MemberVault any time prior to August 2026, you are likely connecting the two platforms using Zapier or a similar 3rd party tool.
With the addition of our direct email service integration with Flodesk, now you can move some Zaps to MemberVault actions instead!
Heads up: If you use Flodesk Checkout or an outside checkout cart apart from our direct checkout, you may still need to use Zapier to automatically grant your Members' access to the product they bought in MemberVault.
Here's how to switch from using Zaps to add members to Flodesk and instead use MV actions:
Log into your MV and go to "Integrations" > "Email."
Then find Flodesk in the drop down! Full instructions here.
Once it's integrated, if you've been using Zapier to connect your products, you'll need to go through each product and add an action to your product(s) that when member joins product X, then tag with with Y.
When the action fires, it will add the user (if not already added), create the segment (if not already created), and then add that subscriber to that segment!
Once you have that done, you can turn off the Zaps that were originally set up for the same task!
