Now that we've added Flodesk as a direct email service integration, we wanted to provide this breakdown for you to determine which Flodesk plan is best for you (or so you can see how your current Flodesk plan fits in with your MemberVault needs).
We'll focus on Flodesk's current plans: Free, Lite, Pro and Everything -- but if you have a legacy Unlimited plan with them from prior to Dec 1 2025, you'll be able to use all the bells and whistles with our integration too!
All Flodesk plans come with the following features:
Ability to integrate directly with MemberVault
Ability to create forms and landing pages (you can embed forms onto MV Pages, or share links to landing pages throughout your MV site)
Pop-up forms (also embeddable in MV)
Ability to export your list via CSV (which can be handy for granting multiple people access to your products in MV)
Free plan features and limits
On Flodesk's free plan, in addition to the above features you get:
Unlimited Active subscribers
Audience segmentation (reminder that "segments" on Flodesk are "tags" in MV)
The main limit with the free plan is that you aren't able to send any emails -- just collect subscribers. So if you're wanting to contact your members via your email list (either through an individual campaign or automated welcome email), you'll need a paid Flodesk plan for this!
That said, you could still use the free Flodesk plan to connect your Flodesk and MV accounts, and add members to your subscriber list along with tags to keep them organized as segments in Flodesk. You can also embed any Flodesk forms you've created onto MemberVault.
Then when you're ready to send emails, you can upgrade your Flodesk plan with no interruption to your MV connection!
Lite plan features and limits
The Lite plan is Flodesk's lowest price available paid plan. With this plan you get:
Unlimited email sends
Up to 25,000 subscribers
1 team member seat
The main limitation on Flodesk Lite is that you only get one workflow automation allowing you to send an automated welcome email. If you're on MemberVault's Stress Free plan or our legacy Free plan where you can only have one available product, then this is all you'll need.
If you're on one of our plans with more product spaces and want to send different automated welcome emails for more than one product, then we recommend the Pro plan!
Pro plan features
In most cases, we'll recommend the Pro plan for you to get the best value and range of capabilities between Flodesk and MemberVault. In addition to all of the above features, you get:
Unlimited workflow automations
Up to 255,000 subscribers (with custom options available beyond this)
2 team member seats
Access to Flodesk's checkout feature (which you could use as an external checkout option for your MV products -- not required but a flexible option for you)
The main difference between Flodesk's Pro plan and Everything plan is that the Everything plan comes with more Checkout capabilities such as payment plans and subscriptions. These are both features that your MemberVault plan provides, so if you don't need those elements of Flodesk checkout for your business, then you can stick with the Pro plan!
Flodesk Pro works great for all our legacy plans, 5 Product, 15 Product and Unlimited.
