If you're a MailChimp user and are collecting subscribers or purchasers outside of MemberVault (ie. on your website or separate sales page), you'll need to set up a webhook for your list/audience in MailChimp to directly add the new subscriber/purchaser to your MV account.

To do this, go to Integrations > Advanced, and click on MailChimp Audience. to expand the area:

There you will find the directions for setting up the webhook in your MailChimp account along with our webhook generator which will provide you with the webhook URL for your product.

In order to grab the URL, all you need to do is select the product and our system will generate the URL for you based on the options that you've selected:

Please note that in MailChimp, a webhook is also referred to as a 'callback URL'.
