If you want to send information FROM MemberVault to an external tool/platform, without using Zapier, you can use MV's webhook feature in Actions.

This is helpful if you're using a Zapier alternative or custom software.

Please note: This feature is intended for more tech-savvy/advanced users. If you need help with how to receive this information at your webhook endpoint, please consult a developer or technical professional.

SETUP AN ACTION FOR THE WEBHOOK

Start with the Actions page, located inside the 'Users' tab in the sidebar.

To create your webhook action, choose the trigger you want to use.

In our example, we're triggering our Action to run when someone gets added to MV's Lifetime Pro product.

Choose "Call a Webhook" as the Action and supply the endpoint.

For our example, we've used the webhook URL provided by this test site.

(You can use that site for a test endpoint when you're trying a new webhook.)

Now, with the above Action, any user's information is sent to that endpoint (in JSON format), when they are added to our specified product.

MV's webhook action will relay the user's email address, first name and last name as shown in the above screenshot.
