If you're an Ontraport user and are collecting subscribers or purchasers outside of MemberVault (ie. on your website or separate sales page), you'll need to set up a webhook in your Ontraport account to directly add the new subscriber/purchaser to your MV account.

To do this, go to Integrations > Advanced. Then, click on Ontraport Webhook to expand the area:

There, you will find the directions for setting up the webhook in your Ontraport account along with our webhook generator which will provide you with the webhook URL for your product.
