We highly recommend that you send your customers/clients a welcome email (aka a confirmation email) along with their login info when they join any of your products so they can have this information on record for easy access in the future.

While MV doesn’t send any emails on your behalf, you can easily create one and trigger a welcome email using our Actions feature.
