While you can use MemberVault as a completely stand-alone tool, it becomes much more powerful when you integrate it with other tools.

There are 2 main ways to integrate with MemberVault: Incoming and Outgoing Integrations.

Incoming Integrations (Advanced Integration)

The purpose of this type of integration is to automatically add or remove users and control what content they have access to. Since every business is different, we let you choose the workflow of how/when users get added.

MemberVault supports your incoming "funnel" by using its open API.

This allows you to have complete control over your workflow and processes, so you can continue using your favorite tools, and we make it easy for you to connect them with MV.

For instance, you might want to add a user to a free piece of content after signing up for your email list or you might want to add a user to a course after purchasing a product from PayPal.

Perhaps you're using ClickFunnels as your sales cart and want to add a user to a bundle if they convert on a certain page.

All of the above can be achieved by using our Advanced Integration feature.

Please see this article on our Knowledge Base for a step by step instruction on how to set this up from within your email service: How to Use an External Sales Page/Cart with MemberVault

If you're not seeing your apps or tools inside our Advance integration area, it means that we don't offer direct integration with it. Not to worry, you can easily connect the platform with your MV account using our Zapier integration feature.

If you are using a custom application, you can use our Generic Webhooks feature. Simply go to Integrations -> Advanced and Integrations -> Other for a visual step by step on each.

Outgoing Integrations (Email Tagging)

The purpose of the outgoing integration is to automatically add tags to users in your email system based on their activity inside your MemberVault account.

All outgoing email tags can now be fully controlled using MemberVault Actions.
