Yes, you most certainly can and there are two options for doing so - you can have your MV subdomain updated by our team OR you can utilize a custom domain for your Site instead.
Updating Your MV Subdomain
For those who don't require or desire a custom domain, the most ideal option is to update your MV subdomain (ie. https://{yoursubdomain}.vipmembervault.com).
While your subdomain can be changed, this is not a setting that account owners can change themselves.
To request an update to your MV subdomain, please reach out to us via email support at hello@membervault.co or select "Talk to a Person" in chat support.
In your request, please confirm your current subdomain and the new subdomain you wish to use going forward.
Please note that if you choose to change your MV subdomain, your previous links will redirect to your new URL for at least 2 weeks.
We highly recommend that you notify your members of this change & update any public references to old links within that two-week period to avoid any concern or confusion for your audience.
If you utilize our Zapier app, you will also need to update your MV app's connection in Zapier to ensure your Zaps continue to work as required (your account name changes when we update your subdomain).
Moving to a Custom Domain
Using a custom domain for your MV Site (products.yourdomain.com for example) is a great way to create brand consistency while also improving SEO (search engine optimization) for your MV Site.
The ability to implement a custom domain for your MV Site is available for all accounts.
