If you no longer wish to allow new members to sign up for one of your products in your MemberVault account, but want to make sure past members can continue to access the material they purchased/signed up for, here is how to do so:

Click in to edit your Product, and under the Sign Up Options select "None." If your product is listed as Active, this will automatically move it to Invisible status. Make sure to keep it Invisible as opposed to Inactive, as current members will not be able to access the product when it is Inactive!

You can also choose to set the Product Status to "Archived" which will not allow new people to sign up for your product, however current members who own the product will still be able to see it.

While you could simply move your product to Invisible or Archived status, it can be tricky to keep track of where all you have shared your product link -- this means there is still a chance some people could click the link and sign up for your product after you have decided to no longer offer it. Once you set the Sign Up Type to "None," any sign up links you have shared for your product will no longer work. Problem solved!

One other thing to bear in mind is if you have any webhooks set up for your product, these will continue to add new members to your product even if the signup type is set to "None." To fully ensure no new members can be added, make sure to check for any automations in your email system or 3rd party tool (i.e. Zapier) that could be granting this access, and turn these automations off.
