You may already be familiar with how to upload a file to a lesson in your MemberVault products, but how does it look on your users' end? This article is going to walk you through this process so you get an idea of what your users are seeing, so you can provide them with any support they may need in downloading their materials.

When you add a file to your lesson in MV, it will show up in its own section below any lesson text or videos. In our example, this is the "Downloads" section.

Here is an example of a screen your user would see with lesson files available for download:

Once the user clicks this link, depending on how you've set up your settings the file will either open in a new window OR automatically download.

If you've set the file to automatically download, then your user is all set! If you have the file open in another window, they can then download the material using the downward arrow in the top navigation bar:
