How Do I Update the Billing Details for My MV Subscription

If your MemberVault monthly or annual subscription is processed through PayPal, you will need to update your preferred payment method directly within your PayPal account.

If your subscription is processed directly through your debit/credit card, you can update this from directly within your MV admin dashboard! In the top right corner of your dashboard, navigate to "admin", then "account plans" and you will see your current subscription listed with a green button option to "Manage Payments."

If you do not see the green "Manage Payments" button in your admin dashboard, it likely means we have a different email address on file for your subscription in Stripe. Please reach out to us at hello@membervault.co and we will update your email so you can update your billing details from within your account.

Should you wish to switch your payment method from PayPal to direct debit/credit card (or vice versa), you will need to create a new subscription for your plan using your preferred payment method, as we are unable to make this automatic switch for you.

Once your new subscription is in place, we'll help ensure your previous subscription is canceled. For more information about this process, please email support at hello@membervault.co.
