If your MemberVault monthly or annual subscription is processed through PayPal, you will need to update your preferred payment method directly within your PayPal account.
If your subscription is processed directly through your debit/credit card, you can update this from directly within your MV admin dashboard! In the top right corner of your dashboard, navigate to "admin", then "Account Plans" and you will see your current subscription listed with a green button option to "Manage Payments."
If you do not see the green "Manage Payments" button in your admin dashboard, it likely means we have a different email address on file for your subscription in Stripe. Please reach out to us at hello@membervault.co and we will update your email so you can update your billing details from within your account.
