How to Downgrade from your Paid Plan

As of April 1st, 2022 there is no longer an option to downgrade your MV Plan to a free account.

Downgrading your current paid plan to a free plan is now the same as canceling your MV account, which you can do from within your admin dashboard under "Account Plans." Additionally, you can always email #TeamMV at hello@membervault.co or reach out to us via chat support if you want to manually confirm your cancelation with a live person.

You can, however, downgrade from a higher tier subscription (i.e. Unlimited subscription to a 5 Product or 15 Product subscription). Under "Account Plans" in the top right corner of your admin dashboard, select "Change to Plan."

You will then be directed to your Customer Portal link on Stripe where you can change to one of our other available subscriptions.
