If you haven't read our How to use our community feature help article yet, we recommend starting there.

Ungated communities:

Our ungated community option is great if you'd like this to be an account wide community, or one that you can share with anyone that has access to your MemberVault.

You can have multiple ungated communities. Content inside of ungated communities are visible, and SEO indexable which means that the engagement inside of your community (posts, and comments) will help your SEO ranking over time.

It's also a great way to create some FOMO for events, like summits, bundles and more, as people can see what's happening in the community but they can't engage until they log in.

When people log into your MemberVault, their activity is tracked (i.e. what products they are viewing, both products they have access to and ones they don't, lessons they view, etc), and it's a great opportunity to get people back into your MemberVault to engage with your content.

Product communities:

Our product specific community option is great if you'd like to keep the community content gated (i.e. people can't see it unless they have access to the product, and it's NOT SEO indexable).

You can only have one community per product.
