These new alerts provide you with:
A chart clearly representing when the mentions started increasing to compare with the usual (expected) situation.
An AI Summary of the most critical topic driving the anomaly.
How can you fully customize your AI Anomaly Detection Alerts?
Through the Settings --> Notifications tab, you can customize everything:
More specifically, you can:
1) select the emails you would like these alerts to appear
2) select the mention trackers or keywords you would like to check for anomaly issues
3) select specific channels you would like to get notified about or exclude the ones that do not matter to you
4) click on the "check for negative mentions only" in case this is only important to you
5) set minimum hours between alerts to avoid getting an overwhelming amount of notifications in the event of an ongoing crisis.
6) click on "AI summary language" to translate the most important topics, making waves in your mentions into any language you want
