White Label Reports

Brand your reports and dashboards with your own logo and colors for client-facing presentations.

Written by Evangelia

With white label reporting, Mentionlytics branding is removed from your reports and dashboards, and it’s replaced by your own logo and colors.

This feature is ideal for agencies or anyone presenting insights to clients or stakeholders who value custom branding.

White label reporting is available on Business and Enterprise plans.

1. Adding your logo

If you would like your brand’s logo to appear on the report, please contact your account manager, as logo implementation is performed manually on our side.

Four logo positions are available:

• Reports — top right

• Reports — bottom right (this position also applies to Shared Dashboards)

• Reports — center

• Email

2. Creating a White Label Report

To create a white label report:

  1. Navigate to the Report Builder.

  2. Select the data sources and metrics you want to include.

  3. Arrange the visualizations and widgets according to your needs.

  4. Save your custom report configuration.

3. White Label Dashboards

If you prefer sharing a dashboard instead of a report, you can use the Shared Dashboard functionality.

To create a white label dashboard:

  1. Open the Shared Dashboard settings.

  2. Go to Advanced Options.

  3. Enter your client’s brand name in the Company Label field.

  4. Enable the White Label option.

  5. Select the trackers you want to include.

  6. (Optional) Set a password for additional security.

This allows you to share a fully branded dashboard experience with your clients.
