Share dashboard functionality offers you the option to share your custom dashboards with your clients or stakeholders or embed them into your CRM. The goal of this feature is to reduce friction, increase impact, and make reporting as easy as possible.
This feature is available to Business and Enterprise accounts only.
What is the Share Dashboard Functionality?
The Share Dashboard Functionality lets you share a custom dashboard via a link (with optional password protection) so people who aren’t Mentionlytics users can view live, interactive data without logging into the platform.
They’re not able to make any changes to the account itself (e.g., adding more keywords to track, or deleting anything). They can only view metrics and insights and do some basic actions, such as filtering data, etc., but only if you grant them access to these capabilities.
You can also embed the dashboard via iframe (say, on your agency website) or drop the link into your CRM dashboards for seamless integration.
What You Can Do With a Shareable Dashboard
The Share Dashboard Functionality helps you with:
Sharing only what the client needs: You can choose the metrics your client sees (Share of Voice, Media Share, etc.) and leave out those that are not important to them by sharing a custom dashboard with only those metrics.
Showing only the mentions you want: Want your client to see only filtered mentions (e.g., "Checked" mentions)? Create a label, apply it to the mentions you want them to see, then set the shared dashboard filter to that label. Thus, your clients will only see what you want them to see.
White-labelling: Hide Mentionlytics’ branding for a smoother client experience and make dashboards feel like yours.
Including social listening data into your CRM: You can embed your dashboards in HubSpot and other CRM systems to enrich your marketing and sales reports with trends, customer sentiment, user feedback, and more.
Keeping it refreshed: The shared dashboard will be updated automatically as new data comes into Mentionlytics, reducing manual labor and providing real-time insights.
Security note: Without a password, anyone with the link can access the dashboard. However, this feature is not designed for high-traffic use. If we detect a surge in access, the dashboard will be temporarily blocked.

Choose White-Label vs Mentionlytics branding.
Grant or restrict client interaction (boolean search, filters).
Apply filters (channels/time range: max. past 3 months).
Click Save. The pop-up disappears.
Click the three dots again and then choose Copy Link.
Share link + password (if set).
How to Share Standard or Advanced Mentionlytics Dashboards
If you want to share a standard or advanced Mentionlytics dashboard, you can easily do it by duplicating it first:
Click on the three dots in the top right corner.
Hover over the dashboard you want under the Standard or Advanced segment.
A small Duplicate this template icon will appear.
Click on it, and a pop-up with Save Dashboard Options will appear on your screen, where you can name the duplicate and select how you want to configure the dashboard by ticking the boxes.
Click the Save button, and your standard dashboard will be duplicated in the custom dashboards list, allowing you to share it like a custom one.
How to Embed a Mentionlytics Dashboard in Your CRM
Each CRM interface is different, but here are the steps you can take if you use HubSpot:
Open the HubSpot dashboard you want to embed the Mentionlytics dashboard in.
Go to Add Content.
Click External Content.
Paste the Mentionlytics shared dashboard link there.
Here’s what it will look like.
Troubleshooting & FAQ
Can I save the dashboard with more than one preset?
We support only one preset at a time, so you could duplicate the dashboard and share it with a different preset.
How can I connect the system to my domain so the client won’t see your platform’s link?
You can use an iframe including the dashboard link, e.g.,: <iframe width="600" height="800px" src="[DASHBOARD_URL]" frameborder="0" style="border:0"></iframe>
