The Demographic Insights widget provides an overview of the audience interacting with your monitored social media profiles. It helps you better understand who engages with your content by displaying age and gender distribution.
Note: Demographic Insights are available only for authorized Instagram profiles that support demographic data. You can find this graph at the bottom of your Overview Dashboard.
What you can see
The widget is divided into two sections:
Audience by Age
Audience by Age displays the estimated distribution of your audience across different age groups, such as:
13–17
18–24
25–34
35–44
45–54
55–64
65+
This allows you to identify which age groups are engaging with your content the most.
Audience by Gender
Audience by Gender shows the estimated gender breakdown of your audience, helping you understand the overall composition of your followers and interactions.
Why am I seeing "No data"?
If the widget displays "No data", it usually means one of the following:
The social media profile has not been authorized yet.
You haven't selected an authorized Instagram profile in the Mention trackers box.
There isn't enough demographic information available from the connected platform.
If your profile requires authorization, you'll see a notification prompting you to connect it. For more information on the profile authorization process, read this article.
