With the Mentionlytics Looker Studio connector, you can pull your mention data directly into custom Looker Studio reports.
Before getting started, make sure you have your Mentionlytics API Key (Account Access Token) ready. If you haven't set one up yet, check out this article first: The Mentionlytics API
Connecting to Google Looker Studio
Open your Looker Studio report and click the Add data button. A panel will appear showing available data sources.
In the search field, type Mentionlytics. You'll find the connector listed under the Partner Connectors section. Click on it.
Looker Studio will ask you to authorize the connection. Click Authorize to continue.
Enter your Mentionlytics Αccess Token Key like “accessToken:xxxxxxxxxxxx” in the field provided and click Submit.
Once your API Key is validated, you'll be asked to select the Category of mention trackers you'd like to include in your report. Choose from:
Brand Monitoring
Competitors
Marketing Leads
All
Click Next to continue.
6. Click Add, then confirm by clicking Add to Report in the popup.
That's it! A sample graph or table will automatically appear in your report, showing data pulled from the Mentionlytics API.
❗️ Important: You can retrieve up to 10,000 mentions depending on your filters.
