Check your inbox for an email from Mercator AI with the subject line: Reset Password. Click the "Reset Password" link.

NOTE: If your account is linked with Microsoft, you will be instructed to sign in using your Microsoft account

Create a new password (and don't forget it!)
​

Sign in with your new password.
