When adding any job stage to your job with the exception of a Review Stage (no job stage campaign attached), you need to configure the respective job stage's campaign.
Failing to configure Job Stage Campaigns results in candidates receiving empty messages on WhatsApp or SMS.
Getting started
After adding a new Job Stage to your job, click on 'Edit Campaign' in the campaign section. This will bring you into the campaign editor.
Depending on the Job Stage type, different campaign modules are available in the campaign editor. By default, every campaign has a 'Welcome Message' and a 'Conclusion Message'.
Job stage types
Form, Assessment, Offer, and Reject stages allow you to add the following campaign modules:
Content: Best used for sharing text, images, videos, documents.
Questions: Best used for collecting candidate details or information.
Video Interview: Best used for setting up an asynchronous video interview.
Collect: Best used for collecting documents or files from candidates.
E-Sign: Best used for requesting signatures from candidates.
