A verified Meta Business Manager is a pre-requisite for WhatsApp brand integration. Without verification, there is no way to send WhatsApp messages on behalf of your brand.
You can check the status of the verification by following these steps:
1. Go to the Meta Business Manager page
2. Select the relevant Business Manager
Note: This is only visible if you have multiple businesses under the same Business Manager.
3. Under Business info in the side nav, you can see the business verification status here: Unverified/Verified/Rejected.
In case your verification status is not Verified, please go through the required steps to get it verified.
