Mercu supports posting job ads to 100s of job boards globally. For some job boards we have a direct integration, for others, we use Idibu's unified job board posting API.
To enable posting job ads to job boards from your Mercu account, please reach out to your account manager first. They will enable the feature for you.
Posting job ad to job board
1. Once the job ad feature is enabled for your account, it is visible under the "Sourcing" tab for each job (go to a job > Edit job > Sourcing tab).
2. Click on "Post" on the job board tile and then on "Post New Ad".
Note: The "Post New Ad" button is only visible to Account Admins and Recruiters).
3. Select relevant job boards in the "Publish to" section at the top and fill out the required fields below.
Note: If you don’t see all the job boards you would like to post to in the "Publish to" section, please contact your account manager so they can enable them for your account.
4. Click on "Publish" in the bottom right and then confirm the post by clicking on "Post Adverts".
5. You're done! Depending on the job board(s) you posted to, it can take up to 5 minutes for new ads to appear in Mercu. Please wait and refresh your screen.
Viewing posted job ads
1. Go to a job > Edit job > Sourcing tab.
2. Click on "Post" on the job board tile.
3. View job ad history
Reposting job ads
1. Go to a job > Edit job > Sourcing tab.
2. Click on "Post" on the job board tile.
3. Click on the meatballs (three dots) on the relevant job ad.
Note: The "Repost" button is only visible to Account Admins and Recruiters).
4. Click on "Repost".
Deleting posted job ads
1. Go to a job > Edit job > Sourcing tab.
2. Click on "Post" on the job board tile.
3. Click on the meatballs (three dots) on the relevant job ad.
Note: The "Delete" button is only visible to Account Admins and Recruiters).
4. Click on "Delete".
Permissions
While all portal users can view posted job ads, only Account Admins and Recruiters can post new job ads to job boards or remove existing posts. For more details, please check the product roles guide.

Who can post job ads to job boards from Mercu? Account Admins and Recruiters.
Can I post to multiple job boards at once? Yes, you can post to one or multiple job boards at once. Each posting action, regardless of the number of job boards selected, uses one credit.
How do job ad credits work for Idibu? Job ad credits in Idibu are used per posting. One credit is deducted for each posting action, regardless of the number of job boards selected. Reposting a job ad will also use an additional credit.
I just posted a job ad, but it’s not showing up on my list of active job ads. Why? Depending on the job board(s) you posted to, it can take up to 5 minutes for new ads to appear in Mercu. Please wait and refresh your screen. If the job ad still doesn’t appear after 5 minutes, reach out to us via Intercom.
