Understanding Enrolment Statuses

Enrolling a team member into a campaign on Mercu follows a lifecycle with different statuses. Below is a quick overview of the various enrolment statuses and what they mean.

Status

Details

Sending

This status indicates that the campaign is currently being sent to the team member. This status is temporary. Especially with many concurrent enrolments, sending a campaign may take time.

Queued

This status indicates that the campaign is queued for the team member because another campaign is in progress.

Delivered

This status indicates that the campaign was delivered successfully to the team member.

In Progress

This status indicates that the campaign is in progress. This only applies to multi-module campaigns (i.e. not blasts).

Completed

This status indicates that the campaign was completed. This only applies to multi-module campaigns (i.e. not blasts).

Failed

This status indicates that the campaign couldn't be delivered to the team member. Likely because their phone number is invalid.

Expired

This status indicates that the campaign expired because the team member didn’t complete it on time. This only applies to multi-module campaigns (i.e. not blasts).
