This matrix provides an overview of user access levels and platform functionalities for each product role in Mercu.

Overview

Product roles control user access within your Mercu platform, allowing you to manage permissions at both the account and location level.

There are four product roles:

  • Account Admin

  • Recruiter

  • Location Recruiter

  • Reviewer

Account Admins and Recruiters are location-agnostic, meaning they have access to all locations under your account. Location Recruiters and Reviewers are location-specific, meaning their access is limited to one or more assigned locations.

Update job campaigns

✅ Can update job campaigns for all jobs (add, delete, change order)
