📈 Monitor Consumptions & Cross-Sell Services During Stay

This article explains how to track what customers use at your marina and add extra services during their stay to increase revenue.

Overview

When customers are staying at your marina, you can track their utility usage and offer additional services → Use the Billing section on your Dashboard.


Why track consumption?


During a customer's stay, marinas typically need to track:

  • Utilities - Electricity (kWh), water (m³), fuel deliveries

  • Services - Cleaning, laundry, repairs, provisions

  • Extras - Premium WiFi, waste disposal, technical help

By keeping track of usage and offering the right services at the right time, you can:

  • Bill for everything customers use

  • Spot opportunities to offer more services

  • Increase income from each stay

  • Keep customers satisfied


Use the Billing & Customers section to track income and service usage


On your Dashboard, in the Billing tab, you’ll see total income by status, berths, and services. In Customers, you can view top clients, check-in stats, most used services, and any missing boater data.


Getting Started


To begin tracking consumption and offering more services:

  1. Set up your services - Add your utilities and services with prices

  2. Train your team - Make sure staff know how to spot needs and add charges

  3. Create daily habits - Set times to read meters each day

  4. Check what works - See which services customers buy most
