Overview

Use the Requests section to track all incoming booking leads. From here, you can filter, review, and manage each request based on priority, customer status, or arrival date. This ensures no request is missed and every lead receives a timely response.

1. Access All Requests

Go to Reservations → Requests in the left-side menu.
This is where all booking requests are listed, grouped by status:

Pending, Waitlisted, Confirmed, or Declined.

2. Use Filters to Prioritize

Click on Filters to narrow down leads by:

  • Customer type (Owner, Transit, Renter)

  • Boat type and size (LOA)

  • Request channel (Metarina, Marina Office, etc.)

  • Activation and check-in status

  • Customer language

Filtering helps you quickly identify which leads need action. For example:
Pending transit requests from non-activated customers arriving this week.

3. Review Lead Details

Click on any pending request to open the detail view.
You’ll see:

  • Requested check-in and check-out dates

  • Boat information

  • Current berth allocation status

  • Utilities and services requested

  • Boater’s onboarding progress (e.g. account created, signed in, documents uploaded)

5. Contact the Boater

You can contact the boater directly by email from the request detail page.
Click Email under the boater's name.
