A visual way to explore your meters.

πŸ“ Accessing the Map View

To open the Map View:

  1. Log in to the Meter Portal.

  2. From the main dashboard, click β€˜Map View’ in the top ribbon toolbar.

  3. The map will load, displaying all active meters linked to your account.

  • Navigate the Map View

  • Filter by meter type

  • Click to view meter details


πŸ—ΊοΈ How Meters Are Displayed

  • Meters are shown with icons based on type: πŸ’§ Water, πŸ”₯ Gas, ⚑ Electric.

  • If multiple meters are close together, you'll see a grouped marker (a green dot with a number). Click to zoom in and view individual meters.

  • You can switch between Outdoors, Satellite, or Streets view for your preferred layout.


πŸ“Š What You Can See on the Map

Click on any meter icon to view:

  • Meter Serial Number (MSN)

  • AMR Device Number

  • Meter Address

  • Last Midnight Index Read

  • Date of Last Read

  • PoS Link to access full data and usage trends


πŸ“Œ How We Map Meter Locations

During installation, our engineers capture precise location details using:

  • What3Words (w3w) – a unique 3-word location code

  • Latitude/Longitude – GPS coordinates taken on-site

  • Market Data – If available, lat/long coordinates from market data may also be used


❓ What If a Meter Location Is Incorrect?

If a meter appears in the wrong spot on the map, it’s easy to correct.


πŸ› οΈ How to Update a Meter Location

1. Gather Information:

  • Find the correct location using What3Words

  • Take a photo of the meter at its correct location

2. Submit a Request:

Send your update via:

Please include the Meter ID or PoS reference for accuracy.


⏱️ Update Timeframe:

We’ll update the location within 48 hours of receiving your request.
