When seeking consent from consumers using the Miappi Engage feature, we understand that it's important for your message to be carefully crafted and relevant for your audience. That's why we have now introduced Miappi Engage Saved Messages.
This new feature lets you create and save messages making your preferred ones the default. 

As standard, this feature can only be managed by the account Owner or Manager. If you are an Owner or Manager you can then add the required permission 'engage-saved-messages-manage' to any Job Role you want to create/amend. To do that please got to the Managers page and click on 'Manage Roles' at the bottom of the page.  If you'd like to learn more about User Permissions, please follow the link here.   

To access this new Saved Messages feature, begin in the Curate page and hover over a post until you see a selection of icons appear as an overlay. Click the paper plane icon labelled 'Engage' and click on 'Saved Messages' in the bottom right-hand corner. 

Once you're in the new UI, you can click the 'system' filter to look through the standard messages provided by Miappi. To see messages you have written previously, click on 'User'. You can compose a new message by clicking the 'Create New Message' link in the top right-hand corner. 

Once you're done, click 'Save' and you'll see this appear in your 'System' tab. You can then select this message to 'Use' and apply to the Engage message to get in touch with your audience.
