Once you've collected and gathered all of the amazing posts from your fans, it doesn't have to stay on a website or digital screen. Export your audience posts to share with your team internally, or re-purpose it on your own brand Instagram page.
Exporting Images
1. Start at the top of the Curate page. Next to your Advanced Options you will be able to see an export symbol, this will provide you with multiple options on what content you would like to take off platform.
2. When this option is selected, you will be able to see three download options in the drop-down menu.
Approved Images
These are images and posts that have been taken through the Engage feature and have been approved as safe to use by the owner of the post. You are able to select a pre-defined period, or include a specific Start and End date of your own. Once you've done this, select Export and the platform will automatically organize the content into 'batches' for you to download.
Public Form Posts
This is all content that has been collected via our Public Form feature.
Similar with Approved Posts, to export this content you will need to select a Start and End date and then download the batched folders.
Visible Posts
Visible Posts is content which has been manually 'Shown' in the dashboard using the tick icon when hovering over a post. This will allow you to export all current showing content per page.
Note: Be careful when exporting content you have manually shown, this means that this content has not been approved by the owner of the post.
Exporting Videos
Start once again in your Curate page. Once you have found an exciting Instagram video that you would like to take off platform to share, hover over the post and select the 'i' icon.
There you will see a pink link that will allow you to Download the original video.
