Want to save user-generated content for a specific campaign? Seen some content that is perfect for specific brand pages on your website? Welcome to Miappi Folders. An intuitive way to keep your best content organized and ready to use.
Folders means you can move individual pieces of content from the Curate page to existing folders or to a newly created folder for a new campaign. To start using folders on the Curate page just hover over the social media post you would like and click on the Folder icon. Select an existing folder to add the post or click 'Create new Folder' before clicking to add. Once you've selected the Folder/s you want to add your post to, you can then close the pop-up box.
Once you have added your piece/s of content to the appropriate folder, you can then view them by scrolling to the very top of the Curate page. Select 'Advanced Options' and the Folder icon that appears below, you'll then be able to see a selection of available foldered content appear on the right-hand side.
Select any one of these options to view what you have collected so far in each individual folder.
Folders also work with our automated Moderation Rules to make the bulk collection and organization of content easier and less manual. To use Folders with the automated Moderation features, read more on our Text Rules by following the link here.
Do you want to delete a folder? Or maybe rename it? It's very easy! You can do that from the Folder's tab within the dashboard which can be found in the menu on the right-hand side.
